My stay at the Soho Hotel Toronto was truly fantastic. from the perfectly central location to the luxurious ambiance of my room. The staff made everything seamless, being both friendly and attentive. While the restaurant options within the hotel could use some improvement, the overall experience was amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toronto.

The hotel's location is superb. I could easily walk to many downtown attractions, restaurants, and even the CN Tower. It was also convenient to access the UP express for transport to and from the airport.
Dining

While the dining options like Wahlburgers were convenient, they left a bit to be desired in terms of quality. I discovered nearby alternatives that offered more variety. There’s a Cora’s across the street for breakfast, which was a great choice.
Facilities

The hotel came equipped with numerous facilities, including room service, dry cleaning, and pet amenities. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like two complimentary bottles of water daily and classical music playing upon entering my room.

I had a fabulous stay at the Soho Hotel for my birthday weekend. The location was excellent, just a short walk to both the theater district and Rogers Centre. However, there were some cleanliness issues that could use improvement. Overall, I'd say it was a lovely experience, especially thanks to the friendly staff.

The dining options on-site were convenient and quite nice, though a bit expensive. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant and café, but some dishes felt overpriced for what they offered.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities including a gym and pool. However, keep in mind there's an automatic facility fee, which was a bit surprising upon checkout.

Overall, my stay at the Soho Hotel Toronto was great, with some standout features but also a few hiccups. The location was ideal, close to many shops and entertainment venues. The room was clean and luxurious, though I did encounter issues with air conditioning that could not be resolved quickly.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable king bed and an really good bathroom with heated floors. I appreciated the large closet and how some windows could open for fresh air, although it was a bit noisy at times due to construction nearby.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally friendly and attentive, I felt there was a lack of communication concerning the room's condition. I had to deal with noisy power tools from repairs related to a recent water leak, and my request for assistance with the air conditioning was not met.
Location
10.0
The hotel’s location was perfect for my needs. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance, including the waterfront and various restaurants. I felt safe exploring the area, especially at night, which is a plus.
Dining
6.0
The on-site restaurant was nice, but I found the menu options limited and the food a bit overpriced for what it offered. Service was also slower than expected, which impacted my overall impression of dining at the hotel.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including room service and laundry. However, the gym equipment, specifically one of the bikes, was in poor condition, which was disappointing for such a high-end hotel.

My stay at the SoHo Hotel Toronto was quite lovely, with the luxurious room and great amenities being standout features. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious layout of my suite, which even included a kitchenette and a private outdoor patio. However, I was a bit disappointed with the dining options as the restaurant did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and value. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but with some reservations regarding dining.

I found the Moretti restaurant average and overpriced, which was a letdown considering the hotel’s otherwise high standards.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Soho Hotel Toronto. The location is fantastic for exploring the city on foot, but I ran into some issues with the air conditioning in my room. On the upside, the room was spacious and well-designed, but the interaction with the staff felt a bit minimal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but think there’s room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious with large windows and a comfortable king bed, but it felt slightly outdated. There were minor issues like a broken shower head and a lack of attention to detail in amenities.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I felt there was a bit of a communication gap. I had to retrieve my luggage myself after check-in and there weren't many interactions during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions and dining options. However, I noticed that traffic congestion and construction in the area made getting around challenging sometimes.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast service lacking. My eggs Benedict were cold and the coffee was lukewarm, which felt disappointing given the price.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers good facilities, including a well-equipped gym, but I think they could improve room amenities like providing enough bathrobes for guests.
